Liked: The Breakfast was fine OK. It was value for the money .
Disliked: Didn't particularly dislike anything. I was only there for twenty four hours.

Great value for money!

Liked: I like the cosy bar, the spacious outdoor garden. The large carpark.polite and approachable staff. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is spot on. Second time I've stayed here in 3months. Definitely recommend staying here again.
Disliked: Second time round I had to sty in a double bed instead of twin beds. The hotel only has 17 rooms. Not much to dislike to honest.

Great value London hotel

Liked: good value London hotel can access centre of London via train opposite hotel easily .Love that Tobys Carvery is in the hotel
Disliked: Locks on doors stiff. Basic breakfast used to be included but not any more

Liked: Staff were friendly and professional
Disliked: The room was not clean throughly, especially the bathroom.?Dirty bathroom door - marks ?Hairs on wall - clearly same cloth used to wipe all areas? dust around shower cubicle ? hairs in shower & Sink? marks over floorvery poor standard, that really let place down and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I expected a much higher standard considering what has been happening the last few years.
