Quiet area, great value for...

Liked: A very good deal for the $60 I paid. Room was clean with no issues that impacted my stay. Some minor repair work or updating might be a good idea, but again, a good value for the price.
Disliked: I had a lot of issues with Booking.com not being able to process my credit card. But lo and before, once I arrived at the hotel they were able to charge it without an issue. At least 3 emails a day from Booking.com stating that my card wasn't working...

They used to be excellent...

Disliked: We paid for extra days & I was told they would match the $56 price but they over charged us & when we were 1.5 hours late for check out due to a medical emergency (fiance had a seizure due to Epilepsy) they refused to give my deposit back. They were exceptionally rude.

A relaxing easy place to...

Liked: Guy that runs the place worked very hard to keep us comfortable during a blizzard. THERE WERE NO BUGS- it is hard to find a hotel with smoking rooms that isn’t infested. Towels and sheets were clean. The views of the prairie and sky are awesome. Probably could see stars if the sky was clear.
Disliked: There are restaurants that aren’t far, but they didn’t come up on Google. The “lake” is small.

Nice stop along Route 66

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, very close to the interstate, an overall comfortable room.
Disliked: No fault of the motel, but dining options were pretty slim.

Get what you pay for.

Liked: Cheap and convenient
Disliked: Seems like it’s about 100 years old
