There’s cheaper out there but...

Liked: Great for a b and b. Period furnishing and a very comfortable bed that outmatched most 4 star hotels I’ve been to. Friendly and helpful staff along with a wonderful breakfast, once again rivalling a 4 star plus hotel. Own key negating restrictions to late entry at night.
Disliked: A inter room door became a source of sound pollution at 5am when two drunk eejits next door decided to have a talk it out Dr Phil session. That closed and locked door was the only source of sound pollution. I’ve been in 4-5 star hotels where the noise pollution is the length of the wall but these folks have only a door to proof. An insulting board inter door would make a huge difference.

Liked: Amazing Edwardian decor. Nice breakfast in lovely surroundings
Disliked: Bit chilly in dining room. However, it was during a named storm so guess it was just draughty.

Disliked: access to outlets was a bit clumsy - but all good! it's an old house!
