Liked: The only issue was our room had an air conditioning unit on the floor right next to our bed. My husband hardly slept

Disliked: No refrigerator, lack of seating in room, room was cramped. No value. Meals were expensive with very poor service.

Waste of money. Hampton Inn...

Disliked: Room dirty. Called after saw a live lizard in room and they never came to get it. Also tub wouldn’t drain due to large hair clog. Repulsive!

Disliked: Except for one person in the reception who was not welcoming, helpful, informative. That kind of person is needed for first time visitors. The rest of the staff was outstanding.

Disliked: 1st room had toilet issue, had to switch rooms, enjoyed executive suite much more.
