Liked: Perfect location for us…safe and secure facilities…great amenities…ideal size for our family…
Disliked: Can’t identify anything, other than keys keep malfunctioning and needing to be replaced

The accommodations were very comfortable....

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The tram service was so convenient. Breakfast was good and buffet was reasonably priced. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room, especially Jenny.
Disliked: Dinner at Market salamander restaurant was fair. The quality and flavor could be improved. Salmon was over cooked. Wine was overpriced.

Great pool and spa, rooms...

Liked: The staff was lovely and very helpful. The pool and spa were also very nice.
Disliked: The rooms were old and dated and not nearly worth the amount of money we paid. For $350 a night I would expect luxury, instead the room looked like something you'd find at a budget hotel.

Liked: Pool is great
Disliked: The room was very small, under ground with no view, except if I stood on my toes I could see the parking lot. I know other people live there, but there was a resident blaring music most of the night, too loud. The décor was non existent, looks like the furniture and window coverings were something that were left in a storage unit until someone decided to use them. Uncomfortably bad. Cleanliness was ok considering the place hadn't been remodeled since the 70's.
