Liked: Right In the centre Clean Lovely staff Great food Lovely room Nice selection of beers
Disliked: No free parking (we knew before hand) for the cost of the hotel this would of been nice If you are disabled you do need a room near the elevator, there are small steps to a lot rooms

Liked: The hotel was clean and modern . The staff were friendly . Fab location .
Disliked: Room too hot , no fridge , no ironing board , very small bathroom . Facilities were generally good but this is an expensive hotel so should have these minor issues addressed .

Liked: Lovely hotel, loved the decor
Disliked: Dirty bathroom floor not clean. dirt gathered mostly in corners, lots of mold in grouting, the shower gel was empty

Liked: the staff were excellent, however we were allocted single rooms that I suspect dont pass the regulation minimum size. they did reassign (for a reasonable fee) other rooms.
Disliked: The breakfasts were 1980s style, but the service was excellent
