Liked: The flowers, the lake, the birds, the ambienceI absolutely love this property. It is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever been to very well kept and loved
Disliked: Everything about this place was pretty amazing except for front desk customer service. I was told if I needed anything when I checked in to let the kitchen know my biggest concern was I love coffee in the morning, but I’m lactose intolerant.So I brought with me my own creamer, but I ran out. I called for some more as a back up. She was unaware first that there was even any powdered creamer given in the silverware , she was argumentative and then maybe this is rude never sent anyone to my room then she said they called me from kitchen but they never called me. And I think that’s when things went sour for me is the way the lady at the front desk spoke to me that Saturday morning. She was rude, and never sent anyone out. I was determined not to let anyone ruin my trip because this place is beautiful. I totally felt at peace just needed coffee . In the future, I think that we should not offer room service and tell someone that the kitchen will bring it and then I speak to another desk clerk who is rude about it and basically blame me for not being present as to why I did not get what I asked for When we sat in the room an hour waiting for them, and no one ever called or came by.

Disliked: Bagged Breakfast to go. Didn't partake, would've liked a place to sit and have breakfast.

Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The landscaping was incredible and the rooms well large, bright and comfortable.

Lovely inn with beautiful flowers...

Liked: Really nice inn with a lovely pool area and lots of beautiful flowers and plants giving a nice Mediterranean feeling. The views of the lakes were lovely, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant and bar don’t open on a Sunday or Monday which is when we were staying and options for food/drink within walking distance are limited. Aside from that all was great.

Beautiful hotel with the nicest...

Liked: Very friendly staff. As soon as they noticed we were traveling with children we were upgraded to a lakeview room. We were able to check in early and use the pool the whole afternoon. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was slightly disappointing. There were 2 choices and your choice was brought to your room at a time specified by yourself the day before. Would have been nice to be able to sit in the restaurant and have a calm comfortable breakfast. The other thing we were missing was some plates and cutlery. There is a microwave to heat something in your room, but nothing to put it on or eat it with.
