Liked: The breakfast was delicious and had multiple choices each day that we could choose from. We were also welcomed and helped each morning by the staff to make breakfast even better for us. I definitely recommend.
Disliked: The traffic was bad from the eclipse but there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Great hotel and we’ll return!

Pleasantly surprised about our stay
Liked: Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Location was easy walking distance to main street. Grounds were pretty. Breakfast was great.

if returning to Fredericksburg we...
Liked: This was my second stay at this property, the previous being several years ago, it hasn’t changed, location very good, staff pleasant and rooms clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We were in an executive suite at the front of the building, which, while being very nice has an unfortunate problem. The air-con was like sleeping next to a tractor, to turn it off and open the window allowed the surprising amount of night-time traffic noise from the nearby main road to keep me awake instead. This was more of a minor inconvenience but I’m guessing that a room at the back of the property would be quieter if the air-con was to be turned off.
