Front desk very helpful; maids were very nice; late check out was a must.

Liked: Clean rooms; comfortable beds.
Disliked: No low points.

I would still come again. Centrally located; rooms were clean; staff was friendly.

Liked: Loved the little sitting room with desk and couch. Nice decor.
Disliked: The huge gap at the bottom of our door. The lack of blackout curtains over the windows. The A/C should also be closer to the bed. The channel selections on TV sucked. There was nothing to watch. Also, the parking - so tight and crowded!

The room was ready for us when we got there. Checking in was a breeze. The lady working the desk was super nice, as were the rest of the staff we crossed paths with during our stay. The entire hotel was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Location made it easy to walk to anything we needed; onsite parking; friendly staff; super clean; fluffy pillows.
Disliked: Nothing was bad - just a suggestion. Have more allergen friendly foods available at the continental breakfast for people who have food allergies (i.e.: offer dairy free, soy free, gluten free options).

I was not very happy with my stay. It was very small and loud in the hotel. The microwave beeped every 30 minutes so we needed to unplug it. For how expensive it was I was expecting much more. I would not recommend this hotel. Pay the $50 more and go to the Hyatt.

Liked: The location was very close to the convention center and everything else I needed, such as groceries and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if needed.
Disliked: I think it would be nice to have more fresh air in the rooms and common areas. When I turned off the AC, the air in the room didn’t smell fresh. Also, a bit more water pressure in the shower would be better.

Comfortable Stay in A Nice...

Liked: The room was quiet, clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The all hours coffee station, dining and lounge area were a nice addition. Although we didn’t drive, there appeared to be ample parking on site or on side streets. The surrounding area was very nice, safe with Capitol Park nearby for morning exercise. A number of bars/restaurants close to the hotel with others in midtown a little further away and a large supermarket within walking distance.
Disliked: Nothing not to like

Disliked: The bed was too high and too hard. Pillows were very large as well. Had a hard time sleeping.
