Nice place to stay.

Liked: It is a great, clean, good located place.
Disliked: No instructions with the TV video equipment.

Liked: Great location on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, aquarium, fun zone, and the board walk.

Liked: Location was perfect. Room was large and great kitchen utensils.Also loved that the housekeeper was on it everyday and provided fresh towels and necessities.
Disliked: The screen door to the balcony was a little sticky. Also would love to have drapes that completely covered the the balcony door so we could sleep in after the sun rose.

Liked: The bed was wonderful, fireplace was nice, the “kitchen” was very nice. We were quite a distance to the ocean but were still able to hear it and sort of see it. The walk to town was great. The chairs and table on the deck were nice too.
Disliked: The screen needed to be replaced. It had a large hole in it and the track was brioken so opening and closing was very difficult. The ice machine didn’t work. We could only get a handful anytime we tried. Parking wasn’t always easy. If a person didn’t park too good they used two spaces.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great - right on the prom/beach in Seaside.
Disliked: There is lack of clarity in the listing with Booking.com. It said, "balcony" but instead was on the first floor without a balcony, just a porch. We really wanted an upstairs room for a better view. The photos showed a balcony - so we were very disappointed to not have one. The facility and Booking.com really need to clear this up, so customers will know for sure whether they are on a ground floor or the second floor.
