Don't waste your time or...

Liked: Honestly the size of the room.
Disliked: The jetty tub was not even that great. You had several Indian people walking around all hours looking in Windows looking in people's vehicles. I had an emergency where I had a death in my family I went up to the front desk and told him that I had to leave on Saturday morning and asked if I could be refunded for Saturday night the young man that looked no more than 16 said he would have the manager contact me. Which the manager never did I left several messages for the manager and I was not refunded for the second night I think that was unfair it was an emergency situation I showed proof to the kid at the desk. I think it was very rude not even a phone call or an email back I was ignored. No hotel tel should have their family members or workers riding around in golf carts look in people's windows of their vehicles or in their hotel rooms. Plus the manager and all the staff members were Indian and barely spoke broken English. This is not worth the money. You have no privacy in your room. Plus the bathroom lights kept flickering on and off some of the covers for the light bulbs were hanging. The paint was chipping off the walls you could hear other people on the other side of the wall. You had to flush the toilet more than once just for it to actually go down. It definitely wasn't worth the money. Don't waste your time. The area was not the best.

Liked: Clean. Love the hot tubs.
Disliked: The guy at the desk was trying to refuse my guest to stay with me because he forgot his id at home, I had stayed there a few times this past 6 months and I didn’t know they had literally just changed this policy and he was not going to let him stay and I would have had to run home an hour away to get it. He even had another state id that I had to BEG HIM to let us use because it didn’t have a birthday on it. Your allowed one guest, why is my guest being harassed for ID when the room and payment is in my name. Then I have asked for an extra towel and they tell me no, that they’re are enough in the room. They forgot to take into account that there is a hot tub that gets the towels wet. As a paying customer, I should be allowed to ask for a. Additional towel
