Overall, I enjoyed my stay....

Liked: The staff was friendly and nice when approached. The room was clean and spacious. Top floor with balcony, queen bed. The cable options were great, lots of movies to watch.
Disliked: Fifth floor hallway was hot and so was one of the elevators. Smelled like humidity. Maybe the AC was not working. Not enough bath towels, only two. No facial or hand bar soaps. One very small bath soap. Toilet was running very slow, I was concerned it would overflow.

Liked: Easy to find: clean, great service. Passion at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, kind, personable, and made the long trip in seem a distant memory as soon as we started chatting! I can’t thank her and the other women enough for being so thoughtful during the crowdstrike outage. They made my stay a breeze and more than welcoming
Disliked: It used to be owned by a family and it has lost a bit of that Florida charm

Disappointing

Disliked: The stay was super bad, they didn't have the cards to enter the rooms. The air conditioning blew water all night. I do not recommend it. the dirty pool.
