Very poor

Passable

Disliked: They put us in the room with cockroach in the bathroom and in the bed

Bad

Liked: I loved the location.
Disliked: Therewas a bad smell in the room the air conditioner vent was broke as well as the sink. The curtains were discolored and there was tagging on the wall. The pool was dirty.. the hotel did not feel totally safe.

Disliked: The pillows can be bigger

Fetty Motel from Hell

Liked: The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and nice
Disliked: I witnessed one of the office workers smoke fetynal in the stairwell with a group of bums. That same group never left the stairwell in the 10hr period of our stay. The vent didn't work in the bathroom. The room smelled of cigarettes. Stains on the couch. Stains and dirt all over the bedspread. Room was not handicap accessible despite being advertised as such.

The place is nice but...

Liked: The bed was very firm which might be ok for some but hurt my back

Terrible

Disliked: The room was filthy, it said no smoking room but the beds had burn holes all over them, there was no smoke detector, the shower was leaking, and the TV was broken, did not look like the pictures online at all plus I was told there was parking and there was no parking available, I had to find parking. Also there was a person sleeping in the lobby on the floor!!!
