Should be condemned

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Absolutely disgusting the first night. We asked to switch rooms because first room smelled like cat urine, toilet didn’t flush. Cigarette burns on bedding. Roaches crawling on walls. Also, drug transactions were being taken place in broad daylight. Crackpipes and needles in bottom of pool

Decent for the price

Liked: This is a Inn is in a great location. Walkable to beach, food, and free parking.The staff was great. Was someone different every day and all were easy to talk to and helped us out with some issues we had trying to set up our cruise.
Disliked: The floor was pretty dirty. The cleaning crew were nice but looked like they used the same mop for every room with dirty water. They had just mopped our room and I took my shoes off and within minutes the bottom of my feet were black.We stayed in a corridor room. The corridor has a gate but it stays open. We had to call the front desk at 2am due to a group in corridor yelling and threatening each other. They took care of it quickly.To be clear this is not a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for that then you will be disappointed. But with just a little effort from the owner (better cleaning procedures and fix the gates for guest only) this would be a great budget place even at just a little higher price.

Liked: It’s obvious, this hotel is a short quick walk to the shoreline. Staff & housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We came out to Long Beach and our original room had been canceled and this was our last minute pick. Would we choose again if we came back more prepared? No. Absolutely not. There are people doing drug$ on the stairs, homeless walking around. Making it not feel so safe at night. Rooms are not really kept up with. Overall this place has a lot of potential but I can see why maintenance isn’t kept up with them, people who are paying to stay year round aren’t responsible or courteous to keep clean. Shoot they can’t keep themSELVES clean. SMH.

Liked: I like that in your room you have a back door to go into the pool really nice. The room is spacious.
Disliked: I don't have no complaints. It's just the area.

Liked: The room was horrible we walked in and walked back out didn't spend the night I'll take the lose
Disliked: It smelled, the a/c didn't work the curtains were stained didn't even want to touch the bed
