Centrally located and cheap, but...

Liked: Centrally located, had fridge and freezer, cheap
Disliked: No elevator! I requested a ground floor room but when I got there they said the rooms were full and they only had 2nd floor available. No bike rack or place to lock my lock, no trash can outside for my dogs poop bags.
