Liked: Property offered me a refund for checking out early due to pool and laundry being out of order when I stayed. I moved hotels after they promised me a partial refund and never refunded the money!

Great stay for the night,...

Liked: The location was amazing. There was a beautiful fountain area in the center. There is a beautiful tree and hammocks and lights where people can go and hang out on the chairs. It was wonderful.
Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked.

It’s too expensive for what...

Liked: It is close to where I needed. However none of the amenities work. No propane for the fire pits. Jacuzzi not working. Steak house not working.
Disliked: The staff isn’t very helpful. I requested a courtyard room and got sent to the way back of the hotel.

Inn Marin and Booking.com both...

Liked: We didn’t get to stay at Inn Marin. I have tried to contact Booking.com via email, phone, and website.
Disliked: Inn Marin didn’t have the rooms I asked for. Inn Marin couldn’t apply the funds from the Booking.com “virtual credit card” to my second room. Inn Marin wanted me to pay for the second room although Inn Marin had the funds in the Booking.com “virtual credit card”! We left Inn Marin without staying and did a charge back through my credit card, because I couldn’t get a response from Booking.com.

Liked: Close to the event I attended with a graden view room.
Disliked: Keys didn’t work, locked out of my room. Inattentive staff, didn’t answer the phone. When I walked up to the desk, had to wait forever to be helped! Breakfast bar, horrible! Didn’t have any fresh fruit and NO oatmeal packets like they have had in the past. No milk for cereal or coffee! There was a VERY loud part in the courtyard that lasted until 11:30, the music was so loud, there was no avoiding it! It was shaking the windows of my room, couldn’t sleep, needed to get up at 6:30 am! Staff should have alerted guests that there was going to be a party with large music during their stay, which they did not!

Liked: The area was very nice and comfortable. Did not feel like a hotel.
Disliked: The jacuzzi was broken for some time. It was green with growing algae. The fire pits had no propane, so you couldn't use them. It was a busy weekend due to Nascar and these amenities were not available. They should have been ready for this weekend.

Liked: It’s pretty but it’s one of those “The more you look the worse it gets” kind of situation. It is perfectly fine. Then you realize the grass is Astro turf, the restaurant is closed, the hot tub is closed, the laundry is broken, I still have a bruise on my shin from the beds, the bathroom showers are … weird? Defiantly boutique. Front staff … ok but not great. Owner looks like and, should have stayed in Texas. Dimsdale dimmadome isn’t a real place, and it’s certainly not in California. I respect the hat though.
Disliked: The beds. Still have a bruise on my shin from the beds. And the odd showers? Functional but why am I hugging the wall to shower? And why did no one tell me the hot tub and laundry were down at check in? And a coke of $3? And I booked a room for 4 and we had 2 towels?
