Excellent property in the West...

Liked: This is an extremely well run property. The staff and maintenance is top notch. Our deluxe king room with kitchen was spacious and comfortable. Welcome bottle of champagne. Excellent wine and cheese happy hour. Continental breakfast with good variety. Free use of bicycles. Beautiful landscaped grounds.
Disliked: Everything was excellent.

Only thing that sucked was...

Liked: We got a suite upgrad because the rest of the rooms were all booked. It was awesome. Full kitchen, and free bottle of champagne.
Disliked: We didn't get our bike rentals and the pool and spa were occupied from open to close.

Great find, would definitely look...

Liked: All the staff we met were incredibly friendly, helpful particularly Mickey, Arron and Sam. The afternoon cheese & wine was an unexpected bonus as was the opportunity to use their bikes free of charge.The opportunity to borrow from their extensive DVD collection was a nice touch which we took of advantage of. The external appearance of the hotel was very appealing and nicely set out.
Disliked: Nothing!

Clean and safe stay.

Liked: Good location with parking and breakfast included. They also offer water and coffee in the lobby 24 hours. We asked for some recommendations for dinner and the friendly young man at Reception gave us a list of all the places the staff had put together. Super helpful.
Disliked: Not the most stylish - pretty dated decor

Liked: everything was great from check in to check out! Absolutely beautiful grounds, great pool area, surprised at the happy hour offerings!!
