Liked: Location was great. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Very outdated. Flooring pulling up in bathroom. Musty smell..

Liked: Location was good. Accomodations were fair. GOOD VALUE. FRIENDLY. COURTEOUS.
Disliked: The toilet in the bathroom was child size. The futon was not comfortable. Decor could use a upgrade. Although overall it was not bad we had a satisfactory stay.

Motel surved it purposes, good...

Liked: The motel was as described..between the beaches, 4 to 5 minute walk to either one. Great greeting on entering the office, very pleasant after a long drive.
Disliked: If weather was bad then use/ function of TV and wifi would need to be improved.

Exceptional

Liked: Very comfortable & quiet place.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Exceptional value on Cape Neddick

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit dated as others have said, but they were perfectly clean and comfortable. For the cleanliness and location, the price could not be beat.
