Disliked: 1) Rooms listed as with and without balcony; balcony costs more. Balcony only has view of the parking lot. 2) Toilet whistled for 30 plus seconds with every flush 3) Shower would not drain well so stood in ankle deep water 4) Breakfast mainly consisted of pancakes reheated in a microwave.

Friendly Staff, Wonderful cleaning crew,...

Liked: The breakfast is so good and delicious. This is the second time my caregiver and I have stayed at this place. I discovered another reason I love this place, I lost my keys to room (Thankfully my caregiver had the other one.) When we went to check out. I am not certain if it was the cleaning crew or other friendly vacationers that stayed there. Whoever it was, they were very truthful and kind to return to the front desk for me!! Thank you. The room was nice, comfortable set up and clean, they do great work, no complaints. I loved the side tables, and the two comfortable chair you could choose to sit on to read a book or play games on your phone. I Loved that the TV was huge plus they had a DVD player to watch movies. You can bring your own movies to watch or borrow a movie or two from the place. They have a wonderful selection of movies for all ages! This time they had soap to wash hands did not have to buy your own, shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer in the restroom. The cleanliness was above and beyond! We were first on the third floor, we did not realize to ask for a room with a balcony. We went to front desk, at no extra charge we were able to get a room with a balcony! I love the new chairs they have for the balcony, the other ones were easy to sit in, but very hard to get out of, the new ones are perfect size! Oh the parking lot is flat, and not on a huge hill like some of the other places have which is a huge plus for us.
Disliked: Not to much of a downside about the place. Though the beds were squeaky to get in and out of. I recommend bringing earbuds, if you are sensitive to sounds, if you have a room with more then one bed to not hear the squeakiness. Another good reason to bring ear buds to listen to music or ear plugs. Sometimes it sounds like people are moving furniture in the floor above, or going for a walk every time I woke up. Having ear buds or ear plugs will help with that issue. Loved the place to much that did not bother us to go back a second time! I can't wait to go back again!

Great value, clean, kind staff

Liked: The beds, breakfast, sauna, staff were kind.
Disliked: The sauna wasn’t very hot. The fitness area was lacking.
