Disliked: They didn’t have our reservation and upgraded us to a suite-last room left. Room was great. Problem was it was at the top of the stairs off the bar / restaurant area so was super loud. There is a door to close off and block the noise, but we couldn’t close it because there are two other rooms there. Easy solution could be to activate those three rooms keys to be able to open the door or to just leave it unlocked?

It is a lovely and...

Liked: Lovely hotel. I’m going to add Graduate hotels to as many locales as I can in my future travels. I especially give kudos to the young gal who was the server at breakfast….
Disliked: I had booked well in advance a regular king room. I unfortunately was assigned a handicap assessable room …not informed at checking if I was fine with that. I have had to accept such a too type on occasion previously and dealt with it without complaint. I was shocked however that I was paying what I did for this room that had NO closet, NO ironing board, and NO clock. Fortunately I had two beds and used the other as my “closet” after ironing my clothes on said bed! I also had to summon housekeeping to at least tidy my room for the second night’s stay. I at least had my bed made…no fresh towels or cleaning per day. I understand staffing issues present in our society these days but for the rates your establishment charges……

Disliked: They need more than one bartender on Friday and Saturday nights. Not near enough staff. Also need more than one person at front desk during daytime hours.
