Good

Liked: Quaint little hotel that's been renovated. Room was quite comfortable but very very small...Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.Breakfast was okay but there's nowhere to sit.

Liked: excellent location close to Union square, nice staff. room size is good, has facilities. free breakfast.
Disliked: one small elevator may took time to arrive.

Definetly will choose if ever...

Liked: Complimentary coffee and breakfast bar was perfect, coffee and refrigerator in the room great convenience. Helpfull staff.
Disliked: SF hotels in general has same 4pm check-in time. The hotel can differentiate itself with a better check-in time.
