Not a place I would...

Liked: staff were very nice
Disliked: Floor in my room had damp carpet - it was gross. I didn't say anything because I didn't realize until bed time when I was barefoot :-( I was busy and didn't have time to move rooms, It was upstairs and I asked for downstairs - no elevator and it was hard on my back, not impossible, but not great and there was no hairdryer I didn't know that until I had washed my hair and stepped out of the shower, had to get somewhere and when I finally reached someone at the desk find out I get to come downstairs to get one No time so attended my appointment with wet hair.

Very good

Liked: Great location by the highway in truckee. Room’s carpet was old and a bit dirty. Bathroom had been redone and was nice and clean. Free breakfast is simple but decent. Staff was not super welcoming.
