We stay here for every cruise we go on. We are able to trust leaving our vehicle during cruise.

Liked: We stay at The Inn at The Waterpark every time we visit Galveston. The staff have always been exceptional people. Very Friendly and helpful when needed. This time when we got back we realized we had left the window. Down in our car and nothing was missing and it did not appear that anyone had even tried bothering it. We had cameras ect in our car.

Disliked: Stairs were dangerous. Charged more for a dog than the room cost so my friend and her dog had to go home! Dirty towels all over hallway. Major disappointment.
