Liked: Liked the comfortable bed, the location, the decor in the room and hotel, very pleasant staff!!!
Disliked: We had a clogged sink upon arrival had to call twice to get someone to room...he worked for 45 minutes which was later in evening ( we just wanted to shower and go to bed... but couldnt) he said it was unable to be fixed and would have to come back the next day... they did send someone the next day and was resolved. However it was a bit inconvenient washing hands and brushing teeth in the kitchen... both all day and next morning... but thankful there was another sink to use.

Nice historic Hotel in a...

Liked: The Room was nice, and the location is great.
Disliked: The repetitive attempts to convince us to go to a timeshare sales pitch were annoying.

Good

Disliked: Concierge staff were not helpful. Always trying to sell and timeshare and not actually help with the holiday. Our rooms was not cleaned for the entirety of our stay.

Excellent stay in a great...

Liked: The room was amazing - hotel had amazing views, and great location. Great welcome and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
Disliked: When we asked for help to get tickets for the Midway the staff weren’t very helpful. No immediate EV charging stations nearby.
