Liked: they requested a cash deposit and deducted fees upon returning it which was never mentionedalso tv didnt work

Very nice mini break

Liked: Every employee we met was friendly and anxious to help. Walking distance to the mission and downtown San Juan Capistrano. The water fill station by the ice machine is a great perk instead of charging for bottled water. Food in the restaurant was exceptional.
Disliked: $55 charge to park a car seems excessive.

Excellent for wedding party

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. Free admission to the historic Mission next door.
Disliked: Only espresso maker in the room that was not good. Limited food and drink options on the weekdays

Too expensive I will not...

Liked: It was a nice hotel with a good location, but overpriced
Disliked: I was there four days three days. I never got Maid service.
