Awful hotel, don’t stay here

Disliked: Check in was virtual via some stupid machine in the lobby, there was no one to help check in, rooms were tired and outdated, not the best area to go out in at night, all in all a terrible hotel

Don’t waste your money, sleep...

Liked: Easy access to little shops
Disliked: It was dirty, outdated, you’re not greeted by a person, it’s a stupid digital kiosk, the breezeway was so hot you couldn’t breathe hardly. The rooms are TINY!!! Supposed to be non-smoking but all you smell is ash tray. I would not recommend nor back.

Liked: IT WAS CLEAN AND QUIET
Disliked: ARRIVING TO CHECK IN, ALL DOORS LOCKED AND HAVING TO CHECK IN WITH A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT KIOSK.ROOM WAS VERY SMALL.BED SHOULD HAVE BEEN A QUEEN WAS MORE LIKE A FULL. THERE WERE ONLY 3 PILLOWS ON THE BED,WHY WHEN THEY AREA TYPICALLY A STANDARD OF 2 PER PERSON?THE WINDOW SEAT BED WAS HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE.THE TOWELS WERE TINY AND HARD(NOT SOFT AND COMFY),AS IF NOT WASHED PROPERLY THEY WERE NOT MUCHBIGGER THAN THE BATHROOM MATT.

Disliked: Remote check-in (i.e. done via a Teams call with someone in the Philippines). Creaky lift. Lots of clientele go in and out to smoke.
