Great place to stay with...

Liked: The hotel was very nice, the room very pretty and comfortable, we had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. in our floor there was a washer and a dryer so I love the fact that I could wash and dry our clothes. The girl at the reception was very nice to us and helpful

Disappointed...would not stay there again.

Disliked: Arrived at 5 pm - front desk staff had already left and we had to check-in using a "virtual" system in the lobby. They couldn't find our reservation; took 15 minutes to clear up the issue. We had called ahead to ask for a 1st floor room (pet convenience); were told that was no problem, but "virtual" clerk could not change our room assignment and we were stuck on the 2nd floor. Elevator opened and it reeked of cigarette smoke on a no-smoking floor, but there was no one in the building to complain to/manage it. Loose light switch plate by the bed fell out of the wall. Clock hadn't been turned forward with time change 20 days prior to our stay. No staff available/visible during the evening/overnight. And the hotel was filled to capacity because of the Solar Eclipse! Poor management planning!! Rooms were tired/bed & pillows uncomfortable, no place for 2 to sit and eat in lobby or rooms, mold in the shower corners. These things are fixable. Bright spot - a staffer the next morning listened to our complaints, came up to the room to check, and apologized.

Disappointing

Disliked: No in-person humans at checkin, only a kiosk. Also the person on the remote kiosk only checked in half of my party requiring a second trip to the lobby to resolve the issue, which took 20 minutes and required manager intervention.
