Liked: The pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful. All the staff were kind and checked on us regularly
Disliked: I forgot my coupon for a 50% off stay during off season. Because it was paper and I left it in the room, now I can’t get that offer. There should be a better way to redeem this offering.

Disappointing

Disliked: Room was worn out, screen door broken, bathroom fan broken.

Liked: Property was clean and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The view was beautiful and our deck was very spacious
Disliked: Most vending machines did not work

Liked: The rooms were surprisingly quiet! You could hear the ocean but not very loud. Rarely heard other guests and there were kids next door. Most hotels would have been like you were in the room with them. So 10 for peaceful.
Disliked: Mike at the front desk seemed a little grumpy but not overwhelmingly.

Liked: The view was amazing with having a patio to sit and watch the waves. Beautiful sunsets that were breathtaking.
Disliked: The Inn didn't have a gift shop or a place to buy snacks. The coffee in the room was ok but too weak. It would be nice to have real creamer packets and not powder.
