nice staff, bad place

Liked: The maintenance staff and hotel front lobby crew
Disliked: pool disgusting, door leaked water in from outside, noises all night long from rooms and fridge, leaky upstairs bathroom, too much to name

Lackluster untrained and unsympathetic staff....

Liked: I honestly couldn’t say. Initially I liked the fact that it was close to where I had a late dinner with a client. I checked in around 10pm not one word was said that the internet was down for the entire property. (Initially I was told it was just one half of the hotel. I immediately requested volunteered to move to a room with working internet. Then the response was updated to state everyone’s internet is down and she was working with her manager to get it back on. This was all told to me about an hour after checking in. Given that the front desk clerk actually gave me a post it with the room number and password for the internet one would think that would trigger a notification to a guest checking in to let them know they would have no internet. At this point I would have probably simply requested a refund and gone across the street.I was also here meeting up with local friends and family members no one else was having any connectivity iss es where they were staying. In the immediate area.This honestly has the potential to simply be a user error or more highly probable lack of any type of training on how to restart the system should it go down.Also all three calls I’ve had to place the room given to me had to be placed from my mobile asI had checked in as my diner meeting on Thursday night ran late and I was hosting an East Coast client on Zoom at 8am EST (Better known as 8Am PST) I checked in with the clerk on duty again around 3am was told it was still down. And no options to explore it was still just her manager that was engaged to dis the pm ebzbzxxWith. O around 3:45 am I gear d Ivan’s then when finished around 8am to return to a hotel that started lll sells vintage items. Upon getting back at 10am I stopped in to check the status of inter exThis time it was a new person at the front desk.
Disliked: So to recap had to drive home for working inter equipment. As well as a lack of a working phone on. No apology at all for anything and then finally a redirect to whatever booking agent I used as it was really there At the same time she did volunteer to share with her ma aver. And all I wanted to find out was how I could be expected to pay for a service where it was rendered in full for its intended purpose. We will not be returning...

Liked: Location was good for what we were doing. No breakfast or even coffee was available.
Disliked: The pool was not maintained. Lot was not maintained. Weeds were waist high and not appealing at all. Had to change rooms because first room smelled like urine. Second room had a very noisy upstairs guest and was stomping most of the night. We left a day early and because we booked through a third party was not allowed a refund for the second night we didn't stay.

Liked: Staff was pleasant and responsive. A decent over night stay and a reasonable price.

Liked: The location to the concert is excellent. You could walk if you wanted to on a good day and just a minute or two by car. The room was very clean as well and the staff was quiet pleasant.
Disliked: The outside could use some work. The swimming pool was dirty and not useable and the landscapeing was in need some help. The lawns were out of control and over grown.
