Breakfast delivered in a basket is a nice touch.

Liked: Coffee, tea and cookies at the lobby; facial make-up removal towelettes.
Disliked: No convenience store nearby; no kettle in room.

Very unhappy booked online but...

Liked: Lady w blue hair was incompetent unaccountable and rude and unwilling to let me even use telephone also explained owner or management being scary
Disliked: Check out time way to early Receptionists explain security deposit wrong, extra charges w no explanation etc

Liked: The rooms are not set up to have breakfast brought in. They need to improve their breakfast service and food. Packaged breakfast mostly.There is a lovely coffee shop next door… suggested they contract with them for breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast and rooms not designed to eat breakfast in the rooms.

FRIENDLY, GREAT SERVICE HOTEL

Liked: The hotel itself was wonderful. The personnel friendly. And food was good.
Disliked: The area is really built-up. Especially from our last visit here - years ago. There are a few nice views if you walk and stand so you gaze at the sailboats and the water. But otherwise it's crowded with buildings. Still an okay area to stay if for one or two nights.

Liked: The room was clean and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: My room got double booked some how. The staff person from the hotel called to let me know. She was friendly, and was able to get me a different room. It was just a little unsettling after receiving a second call about the situation that was supposed to have been taken care of from the previous staff person. That's why I didn't give it a full set of stars.
