Liked: There was really nothing to say with the exception that I received the wrong room. The hotel was very nice and kind to my worries and did give me another night. I can’t say anything negative.
Disliked: I loved everything about this place.

Couldn’t have picked a better...

Liked: Loved my time here! The ambience is just lovely. The location is perfect- walking distance to the beach, away from all the busyness & 10 minutes from LAX. The brunch in the morning was over the top- I had a little bit of everything & enjoyed every bite! Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful, quaint place.

Liked: Wonderful staff, great customer service, comfortable room.
Disliked: Odor in the elevator and sometimes in other areas. Like food smells when there isn’t food or cooking in the area of the odor.

I asked to switch rooms...

Liked: The wine and cheese reception and the breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: Traffic noise in our room was terrible all day and night. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep well

Liked: Fantastic location. Very comfortable. Lovely helpful staff. Delicious food.

Liked: Great location and design. Our room needed some refreshing. But the hotel was charming. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was on a noisy road and needed a touch up.

Good location if you stop...

Liked: Very nice, very friendly. Great complementary wine and cheese at 1700 with some nice talks with other guests. Close walk to the beach.
Disliked: Location is not very lively.

Liked: Breakfast has a good variety of food.Location is perfect for me while visiting son and family. Friendly staff!!
