Liked: Great shower experience, clean, location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, live breakfast entertainment on a Wednesday morning was a great positive surprise.
Disliked: Stained bed sheets and puddled water on floor from leaking A/C unit.

Would never go any where...

Liked: Like always Pelican Inn i have not found an hotel that can complete with them there in there own category. It’s just AMAZING all around from the moment you get there until you leave. Staff I have no words to say how wonderful they are all of them. Breakfast hand down great

Liked: Room was spaciuos, clean and very confortable. Bathrrom and shower well equiped and updated. Quiet rooms at night, Close to the beach, shuttle included to go and bac from the Vanderbilt Beach access
Disliked: Bar was closed on sundays, we stayed at the pool and there was no service at all.

Liked: The property is beautifully decorated, specially the lobby and the breakfast area. The rooms are big and very clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows . The view to the lake with the fountain is beautiful. Ample parking; nice outdoor area under the trees with tables and chairs. The pool was clean and had cold water and ice available next to it. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the beach every hour; our driver was very nice and offered us cold water bottles on our way back from the beach. There are also complimentary, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels; the driver takes care of loading everything into the shuttle Breakfast was very good, there is even live music playing during breakfast, which, together with the lake view is quite an experience. For those who like exercise, there are complimentary bicycles and a gym; and for those who don't, there are complimentary donuts on the lobby. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
