Liked: Large clean comfortable rooms with mountain views! Great staff; Front Desk( Emily & Letisha), Housekeeping( Corine, Jen. & Letisha), Excellent General Managers( Yyube & Pooja). Repaired burned out front parking lot poll lights a very noticeable improvement! Noticeable small improvements being made. Located near everything in the area for vacationers or business. Hotel very comfortable and relaxed as though a family owned and run B&B, a real plus!!
Disliked: Hotel needs upgraded and updated! All rooms need new larger 4K TV's and other major updating. Both back parking lot hotel door entrances remain unlocked day and night leaving hotel completely unsecured( 1 door can not be locked and lower door doesn't close behind quest entering 90% of the time leaving it open and unsecured)! Two major cracks in front and back sidewalk entrances with 3" lips causing many quests and employees to trip over and posing a real danger have gone without repair for 9 months??

Great Stay but Not for...

Liked: Great place, very large room, in room microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and pods and so on. Parking is a breeze. Breakfast was basic but fine and a nice touch. Every one of the staff were friendly.
Disliked: We did not get a good night's rest at all. The mattress was terrible, and needs replaced. The pillows also were very bad and need replaced as well. Because of this we would not stay again because this is a deal breaker.

Liked: Large clean comfortable rooms with nice mountain views! Located near everything from casinos to mountains. Best location for visiting family or business from Ligonier to Irwin. Many historic sites to visit and plenty of shopping and restaurants near hotel. Repaired poll lights in front parking lot a noticeable improvement! They are making needed improvement but slowly.
Disliked: Two major cracks in sidewalks still not fixed. Large 3" high raised lips from the cracks have caused many quests and employees to trip over and pose a real danger! Exterior and interior of hotel need upgraded! Room have a 1970-80's atmosphere with small TV's and odd colors scheme. Exterior need pressure cleaned and backside of hotel's aluminum siding needs immediate attention. Need a Very large bright sign at hotel entrance from Frye Farm Road, many people pass by the entrance due to the very small sign that blends into the scenery because of it's natural colors.
