Liked: Surprisingly spacious and comfortable room. High Quality coffee/espresso/late machine-and it's free! Availability of quick food and snacks in the lobby. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Frumpy and plain exterior.

Quiet, calm, close to major...

Liked: There was no provided breakfast, but the lobby has a decent selection of snacks and drinks, and there is a coffee/tea machine and a few vending machines. There is also a mini gift shop.
Disliked: My family said the beds were uncomfortable, but I think they were fine! The building the inn is located in is "dead" in the sense that there are no vendor tenants in the attached shops.

Liked: Very clean and spacious rooms. Had a fridge .the staff was extremely helpful, kind and ready to help. Very brisk service. Only thing missing in the room was a microwave or coffee maker but the hotel lobby has a great FREE coffee machine that can make black coffee, espresso, lattes, mocha and even hot chocolate.
Disliked: Did not bother me but can hear cars on the highway nearby. They do provide earplugs for that if needed.

Clean and spacious room

Liked: Very clean and spacious room. Well located between Santa Clara and Monterey, which were the two places we were visiting. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: A view of the highway is not my favourite thing. Not a lot of traffic at night but come morning it woke me up. Also, windows need some black out curtains. If you're not planning on sleeping past 7 am, it might not be problematic for you though.

Location is great

Liked: Location was great for us, because of a whale watching tour that we had in Moss Landing. It’s also right in between Monterey & Santa Cruz, so we were able to visit Monterey one day and the other day Santa Cruz.
Disliked: It was noisy. We had a room facing highway 1 and we could hear the passing traffic very well. I slept with earplugs. Also the refrigerator made a lot of noise, which I turned off.
