It was very disappointing.

Disliked: Said it had a pool, it didn't. Said they had breakfast, they didn't. Workers seemed like they hated everyone, rude and unwelcoming. The room stunk and the bathroom looked gross. There were bugs in the room. Many stains on the walls and towels.

They sold our reserved room...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We made a reservation half a year (!) in advance. When we arrived at 9:30 PM, the receptionist told us - and the guests in front of us - that the motel was overbooked. They had resold our room to other people for more money, without cancelling our booking on Booking.com, and still charged my credit card for the stay!All nearby hotels were either fully booked or extremely expensive, so we had no choice but to go to the only affordable place with availability, which was in a dangerous neighborhood (drugs, homeless people, etc.). My girlfriend couldn’t sleep because she was afraid.Neither the motel nor Booking.com offered any help. We even called Booking's Priority Support, but got nowhere.I’m extremely disappointed in both this motel and Booking.com. Please do not book here if you actually want to have a place to sleep.

Liked: Nothing because we dont get to stay there because our reservation was cancelled.
Disliked: Our reservation was canceled because you are overbooked. It's ironic to ask me to rate my stay. It has caused us the last-minute panic to get a hotel for that night and pay 345.00 for our new room. I would have said your place looked decent and had good value, but since I didn't get to stay. And I will never book another oyo property.
