A very enjoyable stay in...
Liked: The location overlooking the marina. The friendly and accommodating breakfast staff.
Disliked: The noise of the AC unit in the bedroom.

Nice place, nice rooms, good...
Liked: Breakfast was good, staff friendly and kind. Walking through the kitchen is a bit odd but quirky is ok.
Disliked: How you “handle” the boat “cruise” could be much better. Upon our arrival, we were told of that bonus of doing a harbor cruise. It was a rainy day so no cruises scheduled. We asked if we could sign up for the next day but was told “first come, first serve.” Next morning at breakfast we asked if there was a cruise scheduled and was told the “captain” had not yet decided or called in; that was at 8:15. At 10:30, we asked if there was any additional information and was told “the captain would be calling in shortly.” We asked again if we could put our name on a list and was told again, first come first serve. We were told a sign would be put up informing all if 1, 2, or 3 cruises would take place that day. Because we were going out that morning, the attendant told us she would call us if cruises were scheduled. We returned around 1:30 to ask about the cruise and a staff member said yes and simply show up at 3:20 for the one and only cruise of the day. As we were leaving the attendant of the day told us the cruise was booked and there was no room. When asked about the first come, first serve she said the cruise was filled. This was the same person who said she would call us…didn’t happen. However, knowing we were leaving the next day and check out is at 11 am, she did offer or suggest we stay around and she would get us on the 3:30 cruise. How can that be…it is first come, first serve. It is not a big thing…it is just a thing and it leaves a somewhat jaded view of the facility. In my opinion, and could most certainly be wrong, people who may have stayed at your facility in the past arrived as a group and were given preference. It doesn’t matter now but you ask what I didn’t like, this is it
