Fayrine, North Las Vegas, visiting Coushatta Casino Resort

Poorly kept hotel, very poorly kept!

Disliked: My daughter and her family checked in about midnight. They turned on the light in Room 212 and ROACHES! She took pictures. When she asked for a different room, front desk said they were full. When I intervened and showed them I am a Travel Agent, they moved the family. I mostly try to use Marriott Brands, to AVOID problems such as this. Also, for the AMOUNT of money I paid per night, I was VERY surprised to hear "only some rooms have a refrigerator and microwave". However, those items were delivered to our room, a couple of days later!
