Liked: The breakfast service was great . The staff was very helpful. There was a mix up with the room and staff switched us with zero problem. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: Unaware that the Hotel was under construction. The room wasn't completely finished and construction was incomplete with trim , light fixtures and other items out of place.

Liked: Convenient location to highway and access to pool plus solid continental breakfast. Attendant at breakfast had amazing customer service.
Disliked: Hotel being under construction was not disclosed at time of booking. Our room had exposed dry wall and the hallway carpet, baseboard, etc. was obviously being worked on.

Disliked: I could’ve been given a room downstairs as requested during booking and confirmed. Instead, I was put on the third floor and told it was newly renovated and very nice. Not so third floor was not complete various things in the hallway rolls of carpeting rolled up. My room was unfinished, wash area have bear walls no paint and open electrical box where the light used to be. The room smelled like construction, paint drywall mud.
