Disappointing

Liked: Staff were really nice.
Disliked: First floor was covered in mats like a construction site. The 3rd floor, the wallpaper was very dirty, ripped and looked 20 years old. Toilet seat was up when arrived. Mirror in main room was broken and put together with sellotape.

Very good

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Other than traffic noise, it was pretty quiet.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the 2nd floor instead of having to go to the 3rd floor, but it wasn't a big deal. The bed was harder than I prefer.

Liked: Location. By the airport. Couldn’t hear any planes.
Disliked: Was a little dirty. A used bed sheet was left on the TV stand. Garbage was on the floor right outside our door. One of our group had a used towel on the back of the bathroom door.

Disliked: Furniture a bit dated

Liked: Bed was comfy. My kid liked the waffles for breakfast.
Disliked: I found hairs in the shower and the sink that weren’t ours and the toilet paper roll wasn’t creased over. I bet they didn’t clean it at all. The microwave is ancient. It took nearly 8 mins to boil two cups of water for tea. We were given keys to our room but when we got there someone else was already in the room. Went back down and the front desk said ‘sorry, it’s been a long day’. That seems like a massive security breach.
