Disliked: They cancelled it last minute and did not really help with a rebooking. I had to keep calling them to check after them promising to find me an option. Refund has not yet been issued

Great stay, friendly staff, good...

Liked: Location is prime. It’s right across the street from Inkwell Beach, which was a nice spot to go during the day and relax. Right on a bus route, so it was easy getting to Edgartown and other parts of the island. The staff person who helped us (Colleen) was also super friendly and accommodating! Loved starting our day with the breakfast provided, and sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee.
Disliked: We got moved to a different property, right behind the inn, due to some water issues they were having. It was an upgrade in terms of room size, which was great! But I can’t say more about the property itself because it’s not where we slept.

Liked: The breakfast was absolutly amazing. Cook to order omelet and waffles. Tee the hostess, actually went to the store to buy me turkey because I don't eat beef and pork.
Disliked: Everything was to my liking.

A wonderful choice for a...

Liked: Tee is so warm and inviting, and she made us delicious breakfasts, with homemade touches, fruits and yogurts and bagels, hot egg dishes, waffles, coffee and teas. The location is amazing, directly across the street from beautiful Inkwell Beach and in walking distance to lots of fun Oak Bluffs spots. The cottage is inviting, decorated just right for a beach getaway. Our suite was clean, bright, and comfortable. There were afternoon muffins/cookies. Large relaxing porch.
Disliked: The TV provider company, Xfinity, was having connectivity problems, and the tv service never worked the whole time we were there. This was not the fault of Inkwell though.

We should have stayed in...

Liked: Primarily, Kahina, the property manager. She was a delight and very accommodating. She also made great egg, ham and cheese scramble. The beach across the street was nice for strolls and sunrise.
Disliked: The property is old and in dire need of maintenance and upgrades. King size bed was two twins put together. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller.
