Disliked: Nothing like the photos. Old hotel , numerous doors and stairs , small rooms , awful shower.

Exceptional value for money. Room...

Liked: Location was perfect very close to Paddington station but on a nice quiet and safe street. Very well maintained. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with very nice toiletries and amenities. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and great with the 24 hour front desk. Very nice cafe/restaurant on the ground floor with outside space for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Incredible value for money - I couldn’t believe it! Will deffinatley stay again.
Disliked: Since my room was on the ground floor I did get some noise in the morning from people moving around the hotel and slamming doors so if you are a light sleeper aim for a higher floor.

Liked: Reception staff and style of communal areas were lovely
Disliked: The room was dusty in places which was unnerving. No bath and a small room. Surprising for price.

Liked: The vibe in the hotel is nice and location is good. The staff is really polite and lovely.
Disliked: The rooms are really small. Also the air-condition was broken nearly the whole time and it wasn't fixed although we asked for it three times.

Thoughtful design with on-site co-working...

Liked: We loved the thoughtful design such as the creative luggage storage in a small space, we loved the co-working space and blackout curtains. We liked that filter coffee was available in reception 24/7. The breakfast was healthy and tasty.
Disliked: Rooms are small as expected in the location.
