Convenient stay and clean place

Liked: Clean and convenient property. Good service team in the evening shift
Disliked: Narrow corridors and difficult to bring luggage to room. Staff could be more proactive

I would not stay again.

Liked: The staff and the cleanless of the hotel was good
Disliked: The rooms were small and there was moisture issue. The first room we stayed had no windows.

Relaxing, comfortable and welcoming

Liked: Loved the design and liked the living room space. Everything was clean and loved you could meditate in the pod chair! Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: It was on old building so there were a lot of stairs and the layout was a bit confusing at first. There was a lift though

Liked: lovely room, very helpful staff, clean, nice vibe and all round calm lovely experience in the bustle of london
Disliked: it was all lovely, nothing to improve for what it was for us doing a city break plus a bit of work it was absolutely perfect, will definitely be back

Liked: Comfortable bed, very clean, good location
Disliked: The room itself and the bathroom were very small for the price, but I guess that is the norm in London

Calming and relaxing stay

Liked: Beautifully designed hotel with great staff. Relaxing environment with great attention to detail. Realy good breakfast, too. Even the baked beans were homemade! We will definitely be going back.
Disliked: I can't fault it.
