Liked: It’s clean, has wonderful staff and it a good place to stay
Disliked: The en suite door in our room had a damaged hinge and so kept swinging open !

Liked: The hotel is clean and beautifully presented and the staff were really welcoming on arrival. There are some lovely touches - the water refill station, the lounge, the meditation pod and the general eco ethos is commendable. The room was so quiet and the bed so comfortable I had a fantastic night's sleep!
Disliked: Leaving, I'd happily have stayed and I'll definitely go back

Small but smart stay.

Liked: Friendly staff who checked us in early. Sauna. Tea & coffee at reception.
Disliked: Thought the bedroom was slightly on the small side. No coffee in the room. Breakfast took a very long time and was billed incorrectly on Saturday so didn’t return on Sunday.

Beautiful but noisy

Liked: Gorgeous hotel. Eco friendly and calming. Staff were great and it was close to the tube
Disliked: Barely slept as I thought the man next door would come through the wall. Absolutely no sound proofing, ruined the stay for us sadly
