More like a hostel and...

Liked: Friendly staff. Location near town center.
Disliked: This was similar to hostels I have stayed in, since you are sharing bathrooms and showers. There is no ac and it was hot the first day and night, even with the fan that was provided.

Liked: Price.We needed just the place to spend a night in Anchorage without taking a loan :)
Disliked: No elevator.The reception is closed at 11pm

Welcome, comfortable, and affordable option...

Liked: Although basic with shared bathrooms, this was an excellent find. Affordable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were hot and the bathrooms clean. Coffee was available in the kitchen. The host was fantastic. Let us in late. Available and friendly. WiFi available.
Disliked: Somewhat shaky neighborhood, but not their fault. However, keeps the price down.
