Superb

Exceptional

Surprising the best in some...

Liked: Little things were Great1. I could pay CASH for nite and the bond!2. I got the bond $100 back on check out!3. A face-wash and hand towel was made available. These are disappearing from many many hotels around the world.4. There was a Cafe located separate from the Brekkie Facility; where I could get a long-black and snack etc without buying a full brekkie.

Quiet room close to airport

Liked: Quiet room, safe worked, secure car parking
Disliked: It was a bit dark on my own walking in the car park to the entrance door late at night

INFLEXIBLE 10 AM CHECKOUT

Liked: Modern hotel spacious comfortable rooms with free airport shuttle. All guests regardless of booking route are offered an no cost early checkin - this was of no benefit to me and not tested arriving at 6 pm
Disliked: Because most of the business the hotel has is corporate and I booked through booking.com there was no late checkout available and 10 am is very early for an evening flight. Staff did agree to 11 am after I put pressure on them but they were very 'this is the policy'. Spoke to different staff in morning who said if booked direct or a regular would have had a better chance of a late checkout. Apparently only 8 rooms are available for late checkout but with 2 pm checkin I cannot see how the staff need almost every room in the hotel available at 10 am when they have 4 hours to complete.
