Disappointing

Liked: Very nice.
Disliked: Shower head kept falling downwards, they also tried to charge me £42.50 for a bottle of Prosecco which I didn’t even order. (A mistake incorrectly charged to my lodge somehow!)

Exceptional

Liked: Super excited to be in this property. My whole family was so super excited, about the facilities in the property, its cleanliness and its luxuary.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our late-night arrival at midnight meant we missed the opportunity to use the hot tub. Additionally, the property was undergoing cleaning, which further prevented us from enjoying the hot tub experience we had looked forward to, particularly since we had requested morning access. We're simply sharing our experience, not lodging a complaint.

Tried it , nice location...

Liked: The staff were lovely in the restaurant and lots of drinks and food to choose from. We did enjoy our stay , the lodge was nice ,but really smelled of sick. It put me off ever staying again, the guests before must of been sick down the sink . I was hoping it could be a potential wedding venue for us in the future , but sadly not. I would come back for a meal though .
Disliked: We couldn’t use one of our bathrooms as it was stinking of sick, when I called to get help , even for an air freshener or bottle of bleach to clean it myself , no one answered at reception ever . I rang 4 times and then again later and then just gave up. Luckily we had another toilet we could use. I could tell dogs had also stayed before , I could smell the rug and cushions , everywhere was clean , it was just a bit smelly eventhough air fresheners were plugged in.

We did enjoy our stay.

Liked: Breakfast room clean and staff friendly.We had a lovely dinner, staff very friendly, service excellent.
Disliked: Cold breakfast, bacon hard, potato scones tasteless. Very impressive coffee machine, when you could figure out how to use it . Coffee not great.
