Disliked: The hotel closed down 3 month ago. There was a telephone number on the door and he said it was booking fault. I have contacted booking customer service but they have not replied yet!

Liked: We turned up at 10pm and were told that the hotel had been closed for 3 months. No one contacted us before hand to say this and we even messaged them to say we would be arriving later that expected and no one responded until 2/3 days later saying they've updated my arrival time?... It's run by a large company and you can only contact call centres. They take ages to respond to messages. They gave me a refund but no compensation
