We didnt get to stay...

Disliked: The property wasn't even open when we arrived so had to find another hotel! Disgusting as I have a new baby with me! No one was there to speak to and still haven't had any contact. And they're still advertising with rooms absolutely disgusting company

Ok for a brief stay.

Liked: Very clean and friendly receptionist. Onsite parking.
Disliked: I arrived at the Inglewood and there was no one at reception so I rang the mobile number on the wall and was told to walk down the road to the Sherwood to check in there. Once there, I was shown to my room so went back to get my car! So I was booked at a different hotel!The decor of the room is in very poor condition with marks all over the room. Although the sheets and pillow cases were fresh, I could tel the pillows weren’t. The sink plug was half grotty/rusty metal and half grotty string!!! No excuse for this!

Liked: location , warm, comfy beds !
Disliked: shower head would not stay in place due to being loose, both sink taps would not allow water to flow properly
