Liked: Breakfast was ok. Grounds looked nice
Disliked: Lack of warmth from the staff on arrival and when I mentioned some issues in my room.Breakfast waitress shouted across the dining room if I wanted tea or coffee. No good morning offered.Dirty toilet on my arrival with traces of poo in the toilet. Nothing to clean it with.Lipstick on the glass and tea cup provided in the room.Staff didn't deal with it, infact the supervisor who I spoke to went home. She informed me she was in a hurry as she was back in on early shift in the morning. No where private to discuss my complaint, other hotel guests were talking an interest and getting involved.

Liked: Beautiful historic house. Staff were nice. Lovely quiet setting. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: It was hot! We asked for a fan but was toldThere were none. Then the next morning, after barely sleeping, they said they had them. Facility seemed understaffed and was not as clean as I would expect-broken glass on the stairs leading into the facility, carpets on stairs needed vacuuming, bathroom not quite clean.

Liked: Only had breakfast and it was excellent. Plenty to choose from. Great value for money.Was expecting the pod to be a bit bigger than it was. Found the bathroom quite small. Having said that it was spotlessly clean and I definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Felt the pods should be bigger which would give a bigger bathroom. We were there for a wedding so two people getting ready in the pod was a little cramped. But I would stay again.

Liked: I t was a beautiful hotel and grounds. The suite was gorgeous. We had two lovely breakfasts and dinners. Staff very pleasant - a lovely stay.
