Liked: Very comfortable and clean pods, excellent spa
Disliked: Check out is a bit too early. 12-1pm would be more appropriate.

Liked: The pods were clean, comfortable and well equipped with tea coffee etc. All information was available on arrival. The 11am checkout is great as well, as most other places are 10am which is always a rush in the morning.
Disliked: The WIFI didn't work. I'm sure I could have spoke to someone at the desk about this but I was with my children and I didn't want to drag them back along. We couldn't even find the WIFI to connect to. When checking out I handed my keys in and the woman on reception just grabbed my key and didn't even look at me, she didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay or all of the usual questions you would get else where. She just totally ignored me which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. She didn't even say thank you. I didn't like the fact I booked with 2 children and we were placed right next to a big lodge with a Hen Party as they were so loud to the point we couldn't hear the TV. I think arranging families/couples & party go-ers together would be more ideal.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful with very kind staff. Affordable prices on food drinks etc. very quiet and peaceful ☺️
Disliked: Childcare services would be nice for single parents who wish to use the spa.

Disliked: The pods could do with a microwave to warm up food. Also the toilet door didn’t close properly.
