Disliked: Breakfast was slightly disappointing but the evening meal was excellent.

Not the peaceful experience hoped...

Liked: The pod was cosy, the staff were helpful and the spa was relaxing.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the lodges with the hot tubs was unpleasant. Screaming and singing for the majority of the day until after 23.00 at night when a staff member spoke to them.

A beautiful small hotel in...

Liked: Inglewood House is a manor that has been converted into a unique hotel and wedding/event facility, and is set in a large former private estate. The lobby is incredible, with intricate woodwork and art glass. Our second floor room was spacious, with a top-quality king-sized bed. The large bathroom was modern and large. The room has a pleasant view of a wooded hillside behind the hotel where are located some small cabins. The room also had intricate period trim and woodwork. A full Scottish breakfast was provided with many menu options, but despite this, we found this hotel to be the second least costly of any place that we stayed on our vacation. We had an excellent dinner at the facility's restaurant, and drinks at a separate bar. We enjoyed the spa facilities, which included a sauna, a steam room, and infrared sauna, an outdoor hot tub, and a gym. The location is near Sterling and other attractions. The staff were all delightful and competent.
Disliked: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Disliked: Restaurant staff pretty rude was also a lot of noise due to a wedding and they set the fire alarm off 4 times in the night

Great stay, very enjoyable

Liked: Beautiful period property situated just outside town. Nice terrace to enjoy in the good weather. There was a wedding going on which is always nice to see, spa an added bonus
Disliked: The bar had been made to be modern which didn’t match the house would have been better as period to match the house
