Liked: The design of the 3 bedroom cabin
Disliked: Notified staff of check-in time prior, travelled 3 hours, arrived, and was unable to check in due to cleaners running behind. Had to drive half an hour back to town as they were unaware of when it would be ready. I was told I'd receive a text, which I received 1.5 hours later. Being on school holidays, I shouldn't have assumed otherwise, but once the office shuts at 4 p.m., you are unable to access the carts or purchase golf equipment, etc. The 2 drop slides close also. If they were even operating, they had no water in them on arrival day. So I'd recommend reading the fine print because staff don't relay any of these details. The place is rundown, and photos should be updated online. We entered our cabin, and my son asked if there was poo inside and ran out gagging. It smelt like a sewerage. The dryer smelt like a wet dog. The bed linen/ pillows smelt like literal faeces. We couldn't order food from the van on-site because the entire park smelt like a sewer for the 2 nights and small parts of the days we were there. The kids couldn't handle the smell, so they didn't partake in the movie night. Public toilet facilities were backed up to the rafters (clogged). Day 2: The general slides closed early also for repairs. The slides no longer "slide" so 2 nights for x1 adult and x4 children $1258. I initially booked via booking.com and paid 1138.0 for 2 adults and 4 kids. i had one LESS person, and the park requested a further 120.0 for the change. One less person, pay more? ALL kids are charged the same rate as adults. There was no phone reception at the location, and we were unable to connect to WIFI! Linen changes are $15. Do not recommend it and will not return.

Liked: Cabin was Okay...clean and practical.
Disliked: We wanted to avoid to stay in the middle of the city...and quiet stay., but caravan park was situated on the corner of motor ways., It was difficult to enter., to the facility and can not avoid road traffic noise. Because of school holiday time so that place was very crowded and we thought cabin was bit pricey.

Liked: The young lady at reception was lovely. Very helpful when we had to arrive a day early. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Location was out of town but we liked that
Disliked: Bit close to the highway noise wise, but saying that it didn't worry us at all.
