Liked: Loved it. Love the campsite and facilities. Convenient location- close to the shops, short drive to sea life and treetop challenge and even the beach.

We are looking forward to...

Liked: A safe resort for families with numerous activities and exceptional staff. The restaurant has a great menu and the food is delicious.
Disliked: Our tent did not have a view of the river which was a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker.

Liked: We absolutely LOVE the STAFF there ! The front desk / office and admin ladies are wonderful and so helpful . The on site Manages ( husband and wife ) are lovely ! They all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service . I’ve been going there for years . We only live around the corner

Short stay for my birthday

First time but won’t be...

Liked: We stayed in a Safari tent and absolutely loved it. From check in to checkout, we were very impressed with Rivershore. The staff went above and beyond to help in all areas of park. The restaurant staff were so friendly and warm. I’d never stayed in an Ingenia location prior to this, but can’t wait to visit again and bring my grand children. Great place for kids. Awesome pool and all facilities were impressive. Loved the tent. The bed was great and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything you need for a great holiday whether long stay or a short staycation. Looking forward to coming back.

Liked: The Safari tents were just gorgeous. So well designed and stylish.
Disliked: The fact that the noise curfew was not policed by staff. Staff should be wandering around from 8:30pm onwards ushering children back to their tents etc to be quiet, and telling teenagers not to loiter around the Safari tents.

This is a lovely place...

Liked: The bed was so comfortable! The room was very impressive. Mostly exceptionally clean and well presented.
Disliked: The bedside tables were nice features, however the open wood look on the top surfaces has collected ALOT of dust and ants were quite active in these areas. It would be better to fill the top with a clear fill to a flat sealed finish.The highest point on the ceiling needs the cobwebs vacuumed away.
